Doxa Sub 300 T Searambler U.S. Divers Aqualung

Details

Stainless steel legendary diver from 1969 by Doxa retailed for the American market, more precisely for US Divers Society, affiliated to Aqualung (J. Cousteau) – See the pic with the orange Aqualung depth gauge.

This divingwatch became a myth among pro divers at the end of the 1960’s begining of 1970’s, who appreciated its solidity and reliability. It is the successor of the rare no-t thin case version, which was certainly more beautiful but less solid than this rockstar.

Overall Condition:

The watch is in good condition for its age and use. The mineral glass is pristine. The case shows normal scratches and signs of wear but nothing relevant. The external ring of the bezel has been relumed with phosphorescent orange colour.

The watch comes with its Doxa elastic links/diving extension clasp, bor bracelet, probably made by the German Expandro.

Dimensions:

44x46mm

Movement:

Cal 2783 self-winding.
