Details
Stainless steel diving watch with compressor bayonet closure case (Piquerez) and turtle shouldered lugs. Healthways was a US Scuba manufacturer and these watches (1955-57) were probably the first pro diving watches in History.
These watches, in the Seapearl dial variant, were used by the Swiss Everest expedition in 1956.

The watch is beautiful conditions showing a golden tropical patina on the radium dial.
