Benrus Type 1
Details
Parkerized steel Class A diver by Benrus, this one dating February 1975 might have been used in Vietnam. With fixed lugs, a high dome strong mineral glass and assymetric monobloc case protecting the screwed crown, these resistent and anti-magnetic divers were used by Navy SEALS and other special forces for training and combat. With its sterile dial, the simple and effective design of the indexes-lugs and all elements give the watch an intemporal look.
Overall Condition:
The watch is in rather good condition for its use and age, the lume of the promethium 147 (not tritium) has assumed a charming patina. The watch retains its original glass and crown (with the small line)
