Stainless steel fat tonneau diver by Doxa (pre-Synchron), a real tough toolwatch that was also used on board of Commandant Cousteau’s Calypso along with the Aquastar Deepstar, and Cousteau’s Rolex Submariner and Omega Seamaster 1000.
Overall Condition:
The watch is in beautiful conditions for its age and use. The tritium has developped a kind of light orange patina. The case is unpolished and shows lots of signs of use which adds to the “poetry” of that particular toolwatch. The watch comes with its BOR bracelet with a great diving extension.
